Thoroughly professional. Managed a quite complex handover from the previous managing agent efficiently and courteously. Dealt with multiple stakeholders well. Communication was clear and timely. Altogether a positive experience.

One of the owners of the company get's flustered the moment a hard question is asked and will hang up at a moments notice claiming "harrassment".
