In 2013 I purchased my first car on my own from Suss. The salesman took advantage of me knowing that I was a first time buyer by telling me the car had a clean CarFax but not showing me a copy. We just tried trading the vehicle in at a dealership and found out the car had been involved in two accidents and the odometer had been rolled back, making the vehicle valueless to any honest dealer. We were unable to purchase our new vehicle because Suss was so dishonest to us four years ago.

My Operations Manager attempted to reach out to the customer via the email address given to the BBB and we have received no answer. We believe this either to be in error (wrong dealership) or fraudulent. Started out bad ( they told me to come in 8:30am Tue but my car didn't get looked at till 1:16pm, not fixed). New mgr Brady took care of problem, Power steering fixed today.

They do there best to get you into a vehicle, sometimes it doesn't work out.
So when it comes to servicing Jaydee is the one to go to because he cares....alot. His customer service is note worthy and how I wish more people were. On the other hand Joe Cortez is the taint of customer service I had no ideal that slime could walk... He is just there for money which I'm sure makes some corporate fat cat happy but if a sinkhole opened up and he fell in it....I'd be okay with that....SUSS please do better and if you read this find another garage to fix your automobile even with the best extended warranty I ... read more
