I went in to see a used 2014 Mercedes-Benz GLK-class listed as $17,000. I originally spoke to the sales consultant Craig Heydman. I went to the dealership on 7/8/2020 and took the SUV for a test drive that day. The SUV looks and drives great however I wanted to get it inspected first and so I took it to Mercedes-Benz of Denver to get a pre purchase inspection. Adam Ferry is the man. I would definitely come here again, they took care of everything I needed and got me a great deal.
Bought a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500hd, coolant hose leaking, they determined a rodent chewed it, 5 vehicles at my home and in 13 years, no rodent issues ever. So not covered under warranty, I believe this is how anything that happens will be, plus loaner car given was dirty, who knows what has gone on especially in this climate today. I will not recommend buying here, they do not take care of their customer, make that former customer.
