Terrible customer service. Salesman made a rude/sexist comment which ensures I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I’m sure everyone I know will never purchase from here either because I will share my experience with all of them.

Your service staff have always treated me good. I had an appointment early and couldn't make it at that time and was able to fit into another time frame later on with no issues. I have had my car service there quite a few times without any issues. This time how every there was a issue I started myself by damaging a tire sensor in the tire. My bad! Your staff checked it out and offered to fix it, which I declined as I have the parts to fix it, but they left the tire sensor monitor for the other tires at 0. In other words not ... read more

We bought a new Acadia there a few months ago, we are having problems with the brand new 2017 car, we have called 4 times for help finding a new GMC Denali and they tell us we will call you back! Still haven’t heard from anyone.... I guess it’s time to move on to another dealership. Looks like there’s been lots of other problems with this dealership, I would not recommend them at all, there’s got to be a better place to go and get the correct help! Not very good on follow up and customer service. We had a very good experience three years ago but this time was not satisfactory to me. They do not respond to emails either. They appear to take us for granted.

Just had the most disappointing experience - Steve Cantrell should not be representing Suss Buick-GMC. Very condescending. Doesn't listen to the customer. On the bright side, Marshall Colston followed me out to my car as Suss was about to lose a customer - maybe he we turn the experience around.
