I referred one of my friends here and was promised a referral check of $200.00 because she purchased the vehicle. It's been more than 6 weeks and I have not received nor heard anything about the check. I've contacted Adam the salesman who has been of no help And I've also called Lisa in finance who never returns calls. This is not a place I would reccomend to buy a vehicle nor refer a friend to do so. Bad business.
We had our Mazda CX9 body damage repaired as this is an American Family preferred shop. George, the manager suggested we get some dings removed on the other side of the vehicle with paintless dent repair. The car now looks great and we were happy how fast the job was completed. We will definitely use Shortline again as our preferred body shop.

My daughter and I were in Denver on the way to Breck for her senior pictures when our Yukon broke down. Joe Cortez in the service department was super helpful and gracious and got us on our way quickly even though they had a busy schedule. I tried to get help from several other places first. Joe is a great asset and had nothing but great things to say about his bosses. Thank you for taking the time to provide personal caring service! And for getting us to our photo shoot!
