I don't recommend anyone do any business here! Watched my fried make a deal go to the bank come back with cashiers check as they instructed him to do and then they sold the car to someone else after a deal was already made! Bad bad business decision I will never do business with this rat ass outfit...
FUCK this place, I signed the paperwork to buy a car paying cash, after I signed the paperwork and they said they were going to bring it up for me and then tell me they sold it to someone else. Go to a different gmc dealership. Place is fucking shady. I will definitely never recommend this place to anyone. You know what they say, people will tell 10 people about a bad expierence and only tell 1 about a good expierence.
I purchased Encore from Suss in Colorado before moving to Arizona. I received ROYAL TREATMENT from the staff, Roy, Tony, and Tiffany. While traveling to Arizona my AC went out and my car would not accelerate over 75 mph. When I arrived in AZ I was passed from dealership to dealership the first dealership was in Scottsdale the second dealership was in Phoenix. Service was terrible in both places. There was no pressure on us buying a car. The sales staff, Roy, Tony Sonja was very pleasant. It was a good experience. Thank you Tiffany for referring us to purchase our vehicle at Suss. I highly recommend Suss.
When I received the notice of an urgent recall on my daughter's vehicle, I called Suss Service right away. They scheduled an appointment for two weeks out so they could order the part. When we brought the car in for service, they were friendly enough, but called us two hours later to tell us that they didn't have the right part. They would order it and get back to us. Have worked with Sam twice. Once for myself and then for my mother. He makes you feel welcomed and the process easy. Love the selection they have!!! This was the second time using them. Bought my first car from them back in 2001 and it was just as easy then. Even working with the service department. Honest and has done most of my work ever done. They are the best!!!!!
