OMG, is you are in Vegas I would definitely recommend Sushi Takashi. They had a wide array of sushi, I even asked the chef to come home with me. Felt almost like being back in Japan, they even had melon soda but we did not find out about the melon soda until we were getting ready to leave. You betcha we will be back the next trip to Vegas!
