sashimi varieties are plentiful and deliciously prepared by chef Takashi himself. The Ala carte menu is extensive and the dinner set menus are all prepared based on your hunger level. It's a well balanced authentic Japanese dining experience. Sushi Takashi is now a new favorite place for Japanese cuisine...😋😋😋

Best in Vegas if you want quality and value. Melt in your mouth � try the Hotate, Himachi, Toro and Uni. Chef Takeshi serves 3 pieces when ordering individual Nigiri � yay!
