Hard to beat. World class sushi, incredibly knowledgeable staff, and perfect atmosphere.
This is the best Sushi place in WA. I can't think of who is second.
Easily my favorite sushi restaurant, I was visiting Seattle and happened to walk past the restaurant unknowingly finding out the chef Shiro is acquainted (I was told he was an apprentice) with the great Jiro. My friend who recently relocated to Seattle told me this was the place to try sushi. This place is really the only sushi place you should go to in Seattle. Yes, it's expensive but so worth it. Despite popular opinion, I much rather prefer eating at a table in the dining room. The staff is incredible and the sushi bar can be a tad intimidating.
