Best sushi I've had in Seattle. Indulge in the omakase menu if you are able. It's incredible. Fish was super fresh and flavors were amazing! Service is very good as well. I can't wait to visit Sushi Kashiba again.
My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Suzuki last night for our anniversary. It was an amazing experience and my husband thought the same. All of the courses were prepared with the finest details. All of the sushi had so much depth in the flavor. I actually teared up with one of the dishes. Thank you!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My only quibble was that I asked to add my own wasabi, given that I find it overpowering with some fish.
Absolutely unbelievable how delicious this was, the Omakase service at the sushi bar was incredible!
