One -- if not *the* -- best sushi in the Seattle area. Being served at the bar is awesome: same quality food but a more custom experience.
Waited 1 hour+ till the restaurant opened and almost missed my return flight....but got served by Chef Shiro. Worth it!

Hands down the best sushi that I have ever had. But, Kashiba is not just about the food, but the experience of the meal, staff and fellow patrons. This is a must stop when you are visiting the Pike's Place Market area.
