AMAZING!!! Thought my satisfaction would diminish after 25 phenomenal pieces...not. even. close!!! Left in a state of “pure joy” after 30+!! Best sushi I’ve had aside from Japan!!
Best Omakase of my life & travels!!! Sit at the sushi bar & make it happen. Benson was my Chef & he was phenomenal. Service was impeccable across the board. The fish was poetic with every bite & taste.

If you want to feel humiliated, disrespected, mistreated and neglected, then Sushi Kashiba is your go to place. If you are a normal human being and want at least a decent attitude, then avoid it at all costs! My friends and I went there for a dinner and came across extremely rude staff, who not only created issues for us, but also didn’t even apologize for the bad service and did not try to resolve the problems they made for us. I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed with a restaurant in my life.
My friends and I traveled to Seattle for a weekend and looked forward to visiting this famous place. Unfortunately, we had the worst service experience in our lives at Sushi Kashiba. I normally don’t have high expectations, but this is an expensive restaurant, and anyone who visits it should expect at least to be respected by the people who work here.
