Amazing sushi, the flavours there incredible; the staff was friendly and so accommodating, can not wait to come back and try more!
Based on Shiro-san's reputation and global network, I set the bar pretty high. Sushi Kashiba's omakase surpassed my expectations and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We added a bottle of Dessai 23 to the event as icing on the cake. If you treasure exceptional sushi and have the opportunity, I highly recommend an evening with Sushi Kashiba.
This is the best sushi that I've ever tasted. The salmon was vibrant orange and extremely fresh!
The wonderful staff made the experience that much better. The food was beyond AMAZING, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the overall atmosphere of the restaurant!
Omakase was beyond anything I've experienced previously. Each nigiri was crafted to perfection and frequently paired with a contrasting item. The service was impeccable. Get a seat at the bar for omakase if you can!
Excellent traditional sushi. Ordered the omykase, it was expensive but totally worth it.
