What an amazing experience and all because I decided to take a later ferry. I saw this place while strolling by and on a whim decided to fulfill that craving for some good sushi that I've had for a bit. From the moment I walked in it was A+ service. I sat at the bar and ordered the chefs special, which was amazing. The albacore and toro were my favorite, as well as the hand rolled uni. Best sushi I have ever had!!! My last day in Seattle leaving at 10:30pm tonight just got in line for first seating had it last night. It was so good I needed more before I left Seattle. If you do nothing else in Seattle eat here at the sushi bar. Show up at 3:30 pm to get in line if you want first seating in shiro's section at 5pm
It's been few months since I was there but every single time the experience was amazing!!! Sitting at the bar is my favorite choice usually, we get to have our own Sushi chef and their selection of choice is to die for!!!
