Good Goddess I'm in love with this place. Everything was melt in your mouth delicious but the Salmon belly was so light I could barely feel it's texture on my tongue. The Unagi was tempura battered and tasty but the Anago, which I've never had before, was incredibly soft in texture naturally sweet! The chefs were awesome and answered all my questions and the service was impeccable. Get. There. Now.
The best sushi AND experience of my life. Can't put into words how amazing it was too sit on front of Shiro and have him create sushi and memories for us.
Hands down: the best sushi I've had in Seattle. The staff is very friendly and inviting, the fish/food served is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. We have a standing monthly reservation that we booked after one visit. You should check it out :)
Pure Heaven on a plate. Beautiful to the eye. Words can't do the food justice. Put yourself in the hands of the Chefs and order the Omasake, 7 courses of the freshest, most amazing tastes put together just for you. Again, Heaven!

Not my first time there, but the omakase was the best sushi of any kind that I've had in YEARS. (And I eat a lot of sushi!)
Excellent with great service. We went with the chefs choice, not to be missed. Great signature cocktails. An enjoyable meal!
