Dr Khouri ( man) treated me. Very rough with the freezing of areas. Rushed and not thorough. Did not even look at legs. He should not be in this business
I was seen for regular skin cancer screening and received great care.
Found her rushed. Had to probe and ask questions - details were not offered. She performed a removal of a basil cell cancer which she did well - but feedback was not provided. I want to be informed - not willingly provided - not a good bed side manner.
Don't go here unless you want to be over charged and waste time. Very bad attitude, staff does not care and probably reflects the doctors' lack of commitment to patients. One of the few options in Key Biscayne but certainly not the best option. Won't go back!!
Wish there was a rating below 1 star. Was in the waiting room for over 1 hour. Then brought into an exam room. Needed to use restroom but NO ONE was around to ask where it was, I believe they were all at lunch. I continued waiting for a total of another hour, looked around and still no one was around. I left after being there for 2 hours, never seeing anyone except the tech who brought me into the exam room.
Save your time and money and do not go to this dermatologist. I went because she had such great reviews, but notice that they are from years ago. Things have sadly changed. I went for laser treatment which I had purchased and called before to ask whether it was still covered under my precious purchase. The front desk employee indicated it was. They put me in the room, medicated me, and then an hour later told me that they had made a mistake and that it was not still part of the plan I’d purchased. I asked for documentation o... read more
It was extremely difficult to get what I wanted. I requested a Cortisone shot for a blemish and she didn't give it to me. Instead she gave me a prescription for a Cortisone cream. I also requested Retin A which took almost 3 weeks and many phone calls requesting the Nurse to call me and she never did. Finally, the Office Manager called me upon request by the Doctor for me and whom I finally spoke with I found to be very argumentative and negative. I had asked for another simple hydrocortisone creme and she argued with me abo... read more
