Dr. Johnston fixed my left knee where no other surgeon could. He is an amazing Surgeon and Human.
I was referred to Dr. Lee for injections by my orthapedic doctor that I had been seeing for about 6 months. This was the worst visit that I have ever had with a provider in my life. He truly deserves zero stars. I've contacted this office multiple times to have my visit notes amended due to Dr. Lee's written falsifications about what took place at my visit. Pre-operatively, my experience was exceptional (that’s why only 3 stars). From the surgery scheduler to the nurse navigator; everyone was professional and addressed any concerns I had. My surgery went well (as far as I know) and the clinical staff were also highly skilled, professional and addressed my concerns. The problem is now with my recovering at home/post-operatively. Although Dr Symbas is very courteous and a great surgeon; I’m not pleased at the way he or his staff have NOT addressed my post op needs and concerns. I... read more
Dr. Jordan is a consummate professional. She possesses the rare combination (these days) of being not only experienced and knowledgeable but also very compassionate. She took the time to understand my issue, answer my questions, and treat me. Highly recommended!
Dr. Jordan is extremely compassionate and takes the time to understand your concerns. She is very thorough and explains everything clearly. She stays up to date on the latest advancements and is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend her!
My objectively healthy knee turned totally pathological after Dr. Jordan's treatment. I had been almost fully recovered from an overuse injury by the time I had an MRI and saw her. I was recommended a steroid shot and when I asked about side effects, told nothing unless I was diabetic (um, no). Four months later I self-paid for a second MRI because I could barely walk. Dr. Lichtenfeld is one of the most compassionate and caring Drs. I have ever been to. He really listens to me and has never been dismissive of me. He is a fantastic doctor and a wonderful human being. And has a wonderful staff. Thank you Dr. L for being a great doctor. They are few and far between these days it seems.
He is always late for appointments by an hour or more. He knows about this issue, his practice manager knows about this issue, and they haven’t fixed it.
Dr. Lichtenfeld is the best! He always listens to me and provides the best care for me. Thank you Dr. Lechtenfeld and your team for all that you do for me.
