How very lucky we are to have Dr. Susan Jordan! She is wonderful-as soon as I first met her and she examined me so thoroughly, LISTENED to me so carefully, and explained my need for shoulder surgery so clearly in terms that I could understand, and all that was involved, I felt completely at ease. The surgery went smoothly and I am now, after years of suffering, pain-free. Dr. Jordan was with me all the way, and I am so grateful to her.
Worst experience! Dr. Jordon was not ready to see me till 3:42pm for my 2:30 appointment. I ended up not being checked up because I was very late to pick up my special need son. From the first minute I entered the clinic, I told the staff that I have to leave on time, and I frequently reminded the staffs and also told Dr. Jordon and her PA about my situation but was totally ignored. This is absolutely unprofessional nor ethical. This unfair and unjustified attitude & treatment is not acceptable!

Dr. Jordan is a lifesaver! I saw another Orthopedic surgeon for back, hip, and leg pain who told me after a very brief examination I would have pain for the rest of my life and didn't suggest how to improve it. This didn't sound right so I sought a second opinion. Dr. Jordan performed a much more thorough examination and referred me to an excellent physical therapist and provided specific therapy advice. Since doing physical therapy my pain has dramatically improved. Thank you Dr. Jordan!!!
Dr Jordan is an amazing doctor she listens and is very thorough with her exams. Dr Jordan is very knowledgeable, friendly also. Staff is very professional and always friendly.

Dr. Jordan is fantastic! From the scheduling of my appointment to the examination to the follow-up, she was thorough, friendly, and very responsive. I felt like I was in good hands and will definitely be back again.
I was 15 min late for my appt due to being long at my PCP appt. When the desk clerk asked the Dr if I could still come in, Dr Jordan said no. I explained what happened and the clerk did not apologize but instead told me, with a snarky matter of fact tone, that Dr. Jordan has a schedule to keep and that she was getting ready to go to lunch and that I would have to reschedule. That would have been fine with me, except the snarky attitude made me feel less important than lunch. I changed Dr's.
