Dr. Jordan continues to care and listen to my concerns. She always lets me know what is best for me and my health.
This is the second time I have been notified when i got to my appointment that she was running over an hour late. I have to give 24 hours notice if I am late or cannot show up, but she can have me close my shop and then not even have time for my appointment that i scheduled over two weeks ago without even calling to tell me. This office is horrid and needs to shut down until they can figure out how to run it properly. I had a visit with my regular phy and I told her my Ortho Dr I was seeing didn't care about me or my treatment anymore. She told me she would only have Dr Symbas operate on her.What a wonderful , knowledgeable Dr. He was very caring about little things like helping me on & off the table . He also told me the right diagnosis of my hip. I had been told the wrong one for yrs. He set up treatment for me immediately . I had a slip and fall in Jamaica and came into his office an absolute mess. He took some much time through my crying spells and actually listened to my concerns about my shoulder. I'm a nurse and probably the worst patient he ever had but I was so scared about my injury. Had a bankart repair and my arm is doing so much better and still on the ways to recovery. I def recommend him and his team they took the best care of me on my healing journey. I would not be where I am without his care.
I've been seeing Dr. L for chronic pain for almost 10 years now and I can say without a doubt you would be hard pressed to find a better Doctor or a better Human being. He's highly skilled, He's Compassionate and he truly cares about his Patients. But the one thing I found out on our first appointment is 'He Listens' which is something very rare with a lot of other Doctors. I went to see Dr Symbas for a suspected hip labral tear. They took an MRI of my knee (accident in sending in the order I suppose) then I asked why they didn't scan my hip and he ordered a second scan. The second scan confirmed a tear in my right labrum. He basically said there is nothing I can do then gave me a fist bump. I suppose I'll go elsewhere because he had literally zero interest in helping me.
From my first sport's injury post college and six procedures later (3 shoulder surgeries, two patella tendon repairs in both knees, ect ) all in a span of 20 years. Im still able to run and lift weights at 56 years old. Not only were the procedures and recovery on point. The PT was very good. Dr. Ghattas and his team are top shelf. Dr. Ghattas and team took the best care of me. They are professional, caring, decated, and experienced. Dr. Ghattas made sure I understood everything that he would be doing and answered all my question. From surgery through recovery I recieved the best of care, like a friend was taking care of me.
Very professional and cares about your personal well being! Dr. Ghattas is an excellent surgeon and has great bedside manner. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and comforting. I am very pleased with my experience & I highly recommend Dr. Ghattas for any of your Ortho needs!!
