I had a terrible experience here getting my sofa cushions altered. Julian was unpleasant and unprofessional, disappearing half way through the job and after much chasing, we were told he'd gone away. The cushions were meant to take 2 weeks and took 10 and when I finally collected them and brought them home, they were wrong. Thank God for his lovely assistant who took over and promised me she'd make sure everything was sorted out when I was in tears on the phone. Eventually it was. So fortunate to have been recommended Susan Osbourne Interiors where you will find talented upholsterers, curtain makers and so much more with the interior designing Osbournes at the helm. Not only did they bring my old furniture to life and give it a beautiful longevity but their choice of fabric was fabulous and not something I would have chosen left to myself.
