Had a phone call from the doctor who dealt with my problem and was able to pickup medicine. Most appreciated as was over from France to visit family. Excellent service.
Went to get vaccines today ready for a trip I found out about last minute. Called on Friday and they had me booked in for the next Tuesday. Every single other place in the local area had a 4 week waiting list but they managed to fit me in within 2 working days which is awesome. I’m not a good patient with needles but the dr who saw me handled me extremely well and I went in to literally get 3 done at the same time and as someone who is BAD with needles, she managed me extremely well and the whole thing was totally fine. Saw Jo for my son today after failing to get an appointment with my GP and couldn't wait for 111, which is a nightmare at the moment. Really nice doctor. Spent plenty of time with us, and was able to give me a prescription for medication. Receptionist was very professional. If I could afford it I'd probably go here every time I needed to see a doctor!
