Very pleased with my purchase of a Mazda CX5, we traveled a fair way, as the car advertised looked good. We weren’t disappointed, the car was great, James the salesman was very nice, professional. I mentioned the battery seemed to be struggling, he priced one up and took that off the price, very happy with the car, and the price.
We had a good experience with Mark. There’s a very relaxed atmosphere and no pushy sales tactics. Mark was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process and was willing to answer any questions we had. They seem to have a really good range of cars available. Recommend highly.
Picked up my car a few months ago. Has been fine so far and the sales team were very friendly. Although the car had a bald tyre, needed an oil change and I was told the air-con was fully gassed but it wasn't. On the first hot day it was just blowing warm air. But the worst thing was the valet. It was diabolical! I found old food wrappers stuffed under seats and in the side compartments in the boot. Just seemed like a rushed job to get the car out. What a great place to buy a used car from, friendly staff and extremely helpful from start to finish. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Also loved the office cat.
