So happy we chose Surrey House Builders to build our extension. Dave was so helpful right from the start with suggestions and also making us aware of the sorts of unknowns that might only be found once building started. Absolutely fantastic. Dave, Julian and the rest of their team are exceptional. Eye for detail is second to none and each trade they use for the refurbishments are of the best quality. Neat, efficient and extremely friendly. 5 out of 5, can't rate them highly enough.

Would highly recommend Surrey House Builder. Quote provided was itemised and clear. Builders were considerate whilst onsite and clearly had a high level of professionalism and took pride in their work. Any additional costs were clearly discussed and explained, as well as any cost reductions were notified. Work completed was a renovation and included walls coming down, steels being installed, plastering, rewiring, plumbing including underfloor heating, painting, new kitchen being fitted. A team employed by Bourne Construction recently converted our garage into a habitable room. They were very punctual, reliable, professional and tidy. The work has been to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend this company.
