As a healthcare professional I can compare to many Residential Care Homes, the standard at Downsvale is exceptional in Nursing standard- very attentive and professional care- Gold standard. Pastoral Care is additionally exemplary. I'd be happy with my loved elders at Downsvale.
Mum has been at Downsvale for just over two weeks and I cannot fault the care and compassion she has received from all the staff. The managers have hand-held me throughout the transition and provided individual care specifically catering for Mum's needs and made the whole process smooth and pain free. The staff are fabulous, and nothing is too much bother for them. I know Mum is being looked after fantastically. Highly recommend Downsvale to anyone looking for a really true home from home. Brilliant place for mum. The staff work so hard and the home is always clean. I used to worry so much about mum, now I do not as I know she is looked after and sge is happy.
