Honestly the friendliest reception team I’ve ever encountered in a dentist, easily one of the main reasons I attend here. Makes a huge difference and even on the busiest of days they are just so helpful and genuine. Every dentist I have met has the same level of care and service. Use to be an extremely nervous patient when it came to dental work but not anymore 👌🏻
Not an enjoyable experience with the hygienist. Was actually painful which never experienced before, too much talking throughout which wasn’t required. Edging on comical when I was asked to hold the air pipe, the glasses were dirty. Ever since Joanne left, it’s not been the same, the quality of the service, the actual clean is lacking the meticulous detail and care she always delivered. The cost of £75 has considerably increased and isn’t the value of the service.

The staff are always friendly and polite, and the treatment always first class. Highly recommend.
