We moved to Franklin from Memphis in 1991. Dr. Surratt bought the practice from the previous dentist and since that time we have been with Dr. Surratt and have NO plans of switching. Both of our boys, young men now, have their wives coming to Dr. Surratt. Not only is he a fantastic dentist, but everyone in the office is well qualified for their different jobs. I started going to this office 30 years ago when Dr Owens was the dentist. When he retired and Dr Surratt joined the practice I was concerned about having a new dentist but it's been great. Dr Surratt and his team are always friendly, and professional. They treat you like family. Carolyn and Bonnie are the best!❤️
I love all of the staff at Surratt Family Dental. Priscilla at the front desk is just great. I have only been a patient for almost a year but Dr. Surratt and his staff suggested some dental work that was cosmetic and it has changed the way I smile. Thanks guys!! I love this dental office! I work at WMC which makes it convenient - but most of all I love their care and laughter provided by the staff and Dr Surratt!
