I regret using this company. There was a very hard sell to take extra insurance and poor attitude when I declined, especially breakdown recovery insurance. I returned the car spotless and on time. Received a fixed charge notice two weeks later with no explanation or documents attached to the e-mail. The admin fee is €84. I am currently trying to get an explanation, but they are not replying to emails.
