Fantastic service and great value - would highly recommend this family business
A great end to end service –568 were very helpful in their recommendations, and in sourcing specific flooring requested. Communication was easy, fitting was arranged quickly and carried out with attention to detail and care.
I haven't even been to the store, but over the phone they were really impolite and just seemed so uninterested. Made me feel really bad until I checked the reviews and saw other people have been treated the same way. I will definitely be avoiding these guys. Edit: After coming to the store in person I had a positive experience. The gentleman who served me was very nice, informative and gave me a good deal. It's a little painful for me to write this review, as I really like Abdullah and the others in the Flooring 568 shop. They were, from the start, extremely helpful in navigating the different carpets available. They also offered me a great price per square metre on the carpet I selected. The fitter, Ardon, showed up well during the survey. He appreciated that I was doing a high quality renovation, and he could tell that I have a high level of attention to detail.
