Must admit, after being in EMS for so many years, I have seen some of the less pleasant side of medical care facilities. However, from the moment I walked in NHRMC ED, through my surgery, and during recovery, I was treated with exceptional care by the staff. Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism.
Had an excellent experience. Mike was my nurse, had a great personality and incredibly thorough and detailed about getting my surgery correct beforehand. all the admittance nurses, surgical nurses, even my chauffeur in the wheelchair out the door were very friendly, and caring. This was a wonderful hospital experience for me. Thank you to all who were part of my surgery. A+++
For my sons first every surgery since he is only 3, they were amazing. Dr. White took very good care of him during his oral surgery and the anestheologist and nurses were just as helpful and caring. Couldnt have asked for better staff.
