My son was having out patient surgery yesterday and I thank the front desk staff for their concern. They kept us informed every step and gave us a time frame of every thing that was going to be happening. We also ate at the cafeteria and the food was good and reasonably priced. Thank you.
Keith Anderson is the most incredible employee! ★ He makes any visit to the surgical pavilion more comfortable and his attitude is contagious! I called him aside just to let him know! NHRMC is incredibly lucky to have him! My son has surgery with Dr. Fry who is also incredible!
Honestly had a great experience. All the nurses and staff were kind. Jamie, my pre-op nurse, took extra care with the IV and got it the first time. That is unusual for me. Jim in wake-up was attentive and helpful. Mike, my post-op nurse, was especially helpful in tracking down missing meds. He was kind, funny, and concerned. The fact that I remember all their names is an indicator for me as to how personable everyone was. They definitely made what could have been a stressful day manageable.
