I came for disc replacement surgery and have had nothing but the best care while being here. All of my nurses and doctors have been great !
They totally SUCK we had an appointment at 9am then we got a call said be here by 12:30. When we got there they told us 12:45 we didn't get moved till 1:00pm they told us he would be going into surgery at 1:30 he didn't leave till 3:45. We were told 1hour 1/2 recovery, it was a 3 hour recovery. This is a 88 year old man I had down there type 2 diabetic and he wasn't allowed to eat after midnight the night before. Then they couldn't even do the surgery and still kept us in 3 hour recovery (your stars need to have very poor)
My father had surgery on 4/10 at the Surgical Pavilion. We had to be there at 5:15 a.m., and from the moment we arrived we were treated as royalty. The staff in the lobby/waiting room area was amazing. We wanted for nothing, and they were so calming at a time when my Dad need it the most. The Surgical Staff was amazing! I wish I knew a better way of describing them because amazing falls short. The elevator don't work!!! You have some nuses being a bitch!!! So know y'all need so work!!!
The people were great except for the fact that they forgot us in the waiting room and my Sister was in a room for about an hour and a half and we could not get anyone to answer the number that was on the phone at the desk for information
Excellent facility,, happy it's in our area!! Excellent hospital and staff all together!!
Have you heard the saying "Killing you with kindness"? There is nothing they did not want to do to help. Thanks for all the GREAT Volunteers too!
