My experience was not what I expected! I've had 2 home births and one other hospital birth and this was totally different from the other hospital one! Pam delivered our son, and was assisted by a nurse named Jenny. They were the most professional and calm team and really put both myself and my husband at ease. I cannot say enough about them! I saw a different practice with my first daughter but decided to go to Glen Meade with my second. I rotated through all providers which they recommend so you can develop a relationship with them all since you will not be sure who is on call when you deliver and all were fantastic. I had some late 3rd trimester bleeding and concerns and they watched me very closely and monitored my baby even closer. I felt safe, cared for and a priority to them. Inaccurate. Poor follow up. No bedside manners. Asked 3 times if we wanted to abort, based on speculation only. I wonder if they get a kick back for the amount of abortions they refer? They don't want to damage those success stats after all. I am getting a new doctor immediately. I would advise any mother in doubt to do the same and fast. They also misread my bloodwork on chromosomal labs telling me my baby was 99.9%positive for trisomy 18, 21 and 13.... when I spoke to genetic counselor that performed the tests, she told me... read more
