I always enjoy Pender Hospital better than New Hanover,,its smaller,more personal & all the doctors & nurses are fabulous,,they are very friendly & eager to help you in every way
Clean, comfortable, fast service with great staff. Love that being seen doesn't take 4 hours or longer.
Great place to go to had a total left knee replaced 3/28/17 going back to get my right knee replaced 1/8/18.Left knee is doing great nice staff at hospital took real good care of me. Hope my right knee does also. Bowling Orthopedics did my surgery they are great also.

This place is like a damn high school. Everyone just standing around gossiping while i lay here in pain
Best ER I have ever been too! In my entire life( I lived in NYC most of my adult life) and this place is hands down the best in service, how attentive they are, how they treat you is simply amazing! All the staff and how promptly they attend your medical needs is awesome! Been taking my babies here when need urgent care for a year now and I have no complaints!
Katie Lomax at Wrightsville Beach family medicine is totally awesome. She was so nice and thorough during my visit. Went over and beyond in her care. Do yourself a favor and see her if you have the chance. A great experience!!!
From the moment we walked in for an outpatient procedure, my husband received excellent care. The registration staff were cheerful (at 5:30 am) and so pleasant! The pre-op nurses were great and had a sense of humor which helped calm my nerves. There were smiling faces from the volunteers throughout the morning who kept me informed and supported. Lastly, the recovery staff were thorough and thoughtful. Thanks to everyone who had a part in our experience today. �
