Before surgery care was excellent. After surgery, I was having some complications and one of the nurses told me it was time to go home bc they were now “closed” and if the problems persisted, to go to the ER tomorrow. Bedside manner lacking.
I had such a good experience during the most vulnerable time. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and really made me feel cared about and safe. Nicole, Sandy, Sam and others I didn't get the name of thank you! Thank you for your care and compassion. You all made such a difference during a very scary time.
