Do not use this facility, the Lakeland Surgical Center is much better!!! I will never allow a loved one to have a procedure done at this facility again. The lobby has uncomfortable chairs, there is one small television, the lobby is not inviting at all. Additionally, there are no vending machines or coffee for the family. And, finally, my family member had a scheduled appointment, however they were running behind (at 9:30am). We waited for one hour and 45 minutes for the patient to be taken to the back area. The nurses, doctors, and staff were compassionate and professional. I would recommend the center to others.
Excellent staff but the doctor needs,to be in consideration of peoples time and consider the degree of their pain and be on time an appointment time is to be thorough and respectful of the various issues the patient has
My husband said the staff was great but as the person waiting for 4 hrs your waiting room is the worst
Had 2 procedures done. The staff is so nice. Makes you feel comfortable.
