Although the ER wait was horrendous, after I was admitted the care I received was wonderful. I was admitted on Friday, went through testing early on Saturday, and in the operating room by Saturday evening. Everyone was professional, answered my questions, and very responsive. Thank you especially all you surgical wing nurses! I don't know how you manage to keep your patience and good humor with all the work you have to do. MMC, hire more of these amazing people!!
I appreciate everything you did for me but you know they never bothered cleaning the cuts on my face or my head.... even my lawyer was like huh
I was there from Tuesday until Thursday this week on the 9th floor cardiac unit. Everyone was great. Nurses Rachel, on the evening shift made sure I had a dinner tray after lots of testing all day, Brooke on the midnight shift found me a mini fan to help me sleep and Steph on the morning shift doing everything she could to get me discharged as quickly as possible. I clearly told them my father is allergic to asprin... five minutes later... they tried to give him asprin!
I loved the staff when I was on the labor and delivery floor. But they put me in a smaller room than Harry Potters room under the stairs. It was HORRIBLE. That room shouldn't even be used. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to have people to come visit.
I had kidney stone surgery there on August 29th 2017 and every single staff member I came into contact with made me feel like I was there only worry at that moment. That was very much appreciated
