My husband George had surgery there yesterday it was fantastic and the nurses were great
Hats off to Mercy Medical Center and their amazing staff!! (Especially Kara and Brittney both RN's and Heather in Registration). You outshine even the "world premier" hospital in Cleveland ON EVERY LEVEL!! As long as I can choose, I will choose Mercy Medical Center. Husband was in for same day surgery, was treated very kindly by all especially Judy in the recovery room who stuck with us till we got to go home!
Dr. Spangler was not a friendly person at all in the ER.. My nurse was wonderful.. I would be asking questions and he would be half way out..It was like he would speak so fast, then be in a hurry to leave..and not care that I had questions..Don't become a doctor if you don't care to be bothered by patients...
