Waited 1hr and 20mins for my 8yr old to be seen. The time wasnt an issue. The fact they took 3 people back that came in after us was. I tried to tell them we were leaving and they said his name was assigned to a bed.. So we waited 20 more mins and 2 more people got called back that came after us.. Ridiculous.
This place is a joke! I'm pregnant and sick as hell. And I waited an hour and thirty minutes and just ended up leaving because they were taking to long. Chairs are uncomfortable in the waiting room and the place was super dirty. If I could rate it zero stars I would. This place needs to get it together.
I went in for 3 problems that my Dr thought could be related but the insurance would not pay for the hospital here so I had to go to Mercy. I will never go back. The wait was from 3pm - 6pm for the Dr walked in and before I finished with why I was there for the first reason he was almost to the door. I had to mention I had another problem he walked up looked and said I'll get you some antibiotics and walked out. Not even asking about the 3rd issue. RecommendedAmazing Dental staff very friendly and courteous I'm deathly afraid of the dentist I've had a bad experience when I was a child a dentist extracting one of my teeth dislocated my jaw everyone even including the doctor made me feel so welcome and calm and relaxed during my visit I was completely pain-free and I will have no trouble coming back to my brand new dentist now
