ive sat here since 9 am with a broken hand ive seen more people come in and leave and now its 1230 still no doctor and in excruciating pain if i was white on heroin i would've been seen and treated

Honestly, this hospital is the worst one I have ever dealt with. I’m not from Ohio, so I was unfamiliar with the area completely, so I came here for a church conference. I was transferred here (by ambulance) two days in a row after having several seizures. The EMTs were telling me I was faking it and all I did was “pass out.” No one believed a word my friends or I told them because they thought I was wrong and they were right. They had no record I was even at the ER the first day and they “lost” my blood. The doctors, EMT’s,... read more

Went to ER. First noted, dried spattered blood drops on the floor in 'clean' room where they placed me. ER staff RNs were disengaged (strangely robotic with tatoos) and could not forsee need to logistically place a bedside commode near my gurney. They did that, when asked, and departed room without toilet paper given. Was admitted for six days. It was as if I was invisible. No one changed the bed for five days. One day out of five, aide initiated and brought bedside wash basin in AM. Food trays had fruit flies buzzing around... read more
