I have been trying to self enroll for online bill pay for several weeks and have sent several emails asking for assistance with no response. So improve your customer service and patient portal. Lack of online bill pay is enough for me not to return.

This hospital is very unorganized. there all about the money!
Terrible. Night staff was cussing heard the f bomb like 15 times . They have advertised they have an emergency dentist but didn’t feel like it was an emergency and told him to take ibuprofen when he was shaking from so much pain.. real rude.. super unprofessional ... what is the point of advertising you have a state of the art dentist when you’re too lazy to call in help for someone who just left your hospital in so much pain. Shame on you all!! Hopefully you can hire some better people!

Their billing service Odyssey Health Systems brings patience to a whole new level. On hold now for one hour 12 mins trying to pay a bill and ask a question. Makes me want to go else where for my services. I'm assumming they will disconnect my call in 35 minutes at 5pm. Please use a real billing service if you want us to use your facility.
