Horrible customer service. I waited to be serviced. Three people behind counter 1 on her cell phone, and one completing paperwork, and one who knows what. She is it takes 1 second to say"hello someone will be with you in a moment" After being noticed I felt as if I was bothering them. Left my car there.. (that's another story) Picked it up. Paid.. This is the second time I have gone to this establishment and been ignored inside and outside. Once by myself looking for me. And now again with my wife looking for her. I guess that's two times they didn't feel like selling me a vehicle.
Everyone who helped me get into a gorgeous brand new car was very pleasant and professional and will be going back for my next leases in the future! Thank you!!
I brought my Dodge Grand Caravan to them because the AC was not cold. A $900 estimate turned into a $1,200 bill and the AC is still not cold. Took it back a second time. They advise it meets factory specs and sent me on my way. If they fixed it, why am I still sweating in a car that meets factory specs. I hope they did not check it inside a 68 degree AC garage when it was a 90 degree sunny day outside. Hmmm. Thanks for taking my hard earned $1,200.00.

Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and a noise coming from the front fender area. They found the mystery noise which was two broken clips holding the plastic fender on. They took care of the problem , changed the oil and washed my Jeep. Very happy. I am a very satisfied Suresky customer. I have owned 8 Jeeps. I bought my latest from Tony Fumanti at Suresky.
