Took my car in for a recall. They found another recall, along with a list of other issues. We told them to just take care of the two recalls. When we went to pick up the car last night, the battery that was just a year old was dead!! I believe that lights were left on because we denied the other problems that needed to be addressed!! So happy that I bought my new car from Franklin Sussex Auto Mall!! It was totally worth the trip!!

Second bad experience there and will be my last time going to them. Unclear and not upfront about what they were charging me for. Then I leave and the service lights are still on. The Worst experience for what should have been simple service.
