The GM there doesn't care if his employees lie to customers.... doesn't care what the customer says...point blank told me he doesn't care if his employees lied! I will never ever use them again and suggest you all steer clear.
Came from Philadelphia, Pa because they were highly recommended to have the best inventory and service. Have friends in the Goshen area that brought me to the dealership. John lusuriello did everything he could possibly do to accommodate both my son and I which resulted in both of us leaving very satisfied with the vehicles and terms that worked for us.
Sales people come and go. Bought 3 vehicles over 3 years. Same people never there, except Paul from the service department. Probably the only reason I go there at all anymore He's great. I hope that doesn't change as everything else constantly does.. The last sales transaction, they revoked my 6 remaining oil changes that I prepurchased for two vehicles. Was not happy about that. They act like they are taking some terrible loss when they're making a ton of money on you. They never wash my car when I go in for service as they... read more
