Had a appointment at 10:30 for a oil change and for a warranty part replacement. When I dropped off my truck I was told it would be done at one o'clock. I had to got to work at 3. Well my wife had to bring me to work and when I called at 3:00 I was told it was going to be done in 45 minutes. My wife went in 45 minutes later and had to wait 45 more minutes. My wife didn't leave until 4:30!! Terrible customer service.
Very incompetent dealership. They failed to fix a recall properly which lead to me having to leave my car there for longer-luckily I got a loaner car for their mistake. Today I tried to call to get an oil change and had to go through the automated robot system- only to then be asked by receptionist whom I was trying to speak to. I told her service and she allegedly forwarded me to service. The phone rang multiple times and switch between ringing and elevator music. I just got my second vehicle from Suresky and my salesman, Tony Fumanti, went above and beyond to help me locate the perfect vehicle! Tony was friendly and courteous and very professional and knowledgeable in all areas. Suresky had such a large inventory to choose from. Suresky is a class A dealership!!! VERY PLEASED!!!
