I brought my vehicle in for a couple problems my truck was in the shop for 110 days. I got a call to come pick up the truck when I came to pick up the truck there was dents scratches everywhere. There was unconnected wires a broken lower bumper loose bolts and interior trim pieces not reconnected. RecommendedI leased my 2019 Jeep from Rob Battle last November and loving the last year having it. I use the service department and deal only with Chris & Ashley at the desk. They are both polite and upfront with all information.
had 10:30 appointment for an oil change and new headlight bulbs. 1:30 and the oil change hasn't even been started and only 1 bulb being worked on. Appointments are just markers was the excuse given, running on short staff. 50 appoints today. So I ask why make so many reappointment if you cant keep up? no answer given. Completely unhappy customer.
We had an appointment with Tony and he seemed professional from the beginning. We have received answers to all questions. A week later my husband already owned a new car.
After discovering we needed a new, safe, and reliable car ASAP, my husband found a 2018 Kona. After talking to Frank we decided it was actually better to go new. Because of the lockdown, everything was done online and through text. Props to Frank for putting up with my husband. 😂😂😂. During this pandemic who would ever think about buying a vehicle. Had to get a vehicle for my son and I must say this experience was quite out of the norm. But I will say that Suresky’s went above and beyond to make this happen. Peggy McGuire was beyond awesome In working with us through text and phone calls and meeting our needs.
