We initially called John at Sure Trac to at the time hopefully repair our garage door. When he arrived he quickly was able to tell us that it was not level of plumb and that any repairs would be temporary at best. After he left My wife and I discussed what we had been told, we decided to call John back and get a quote for a new garage door. John provided a timely and reasonable estimate. Great experience! John (Owner) is easy to communicate with and he responds quickly to messages. He is also punctual, polite and courteous. John worked around our schedule to service our garage door. Service was quick and efficient. Our door opens and closes smoothly now, thanks to John. Would definitely recommend him/his company to friends and family for their garage door needs.
John Taaffe was very responsive and professional. He provided me with great information to pick the right garage door for beach air environment. And, the finished installation looked great.
John came to assist us with our finnicky garage door. He was right on time and very easy to deal with. He helped us troubleshoot and did some routine maintenance to help prevent the problem from occurring again. I would absolutely recommend using John and his company again. It’s nice to have a local company that is so easy and trustworthy to deal with.
