My garage door opener broke four days ago. I called John at 6:15 in the evening. I had a new garage door opener by 4:00 the next day. We made an appointment for between 1:30-2:00. He arrived at 1:40. After discussing the option of repairing my 26-year old unit and the difficulty we would have trying to find parts, we decided to replace it instead. Highly recommend John! He diagnosed our garage door issue and made the repair quickly. He was communicative and very pleasant to work with. We know our days with our garage door are numbered. When it comes time to replace it, we will only call John and Sure Trac Garage Doors!
