My garage door opener broke four days ago. I called John at 6:15 in the evening. I had a new garage door opener by 4:00 the next day. We made an appointment for between 1:30-2:00. He arrived at 1:40. After discussing the option of repairing my 26-year old unit and the difficulty we would have trying to find parts, we decided to replace it instead.
