I have been with Surelet for 20 years and in my opinion, their customer service is next to none. I have had many different managers over that time, notably for the last few years, Melanie Newcombe. No problem in my flat has been too much to resolve - and quickly. I have recently moved out of my flat so am now sad to be leaving Surelet and Melanie behind.
