Would not recommend anyone to let the property be managed by this company . They do the absolute bare minimum to maintain . It’s scruffy , unkept , repaired using cheapest options and only act when forced . Iv recently contacted them over one of there properties and they won’t send anyone out . The garden is overgrown , full of weeds , was full of rubbish until recently , attracts vermin and looks a mess . There’s a security issue with broken gates and they won’t come out to fix this .
