I recently had an appointment at Supreme Medical Centre and was seen by Mrs. Christina Pasca, the Practice Nurse. I just want to say how incredibly professional, experienced, and kind she is. Christina is a truly wonderful nurse. I felt completely safe and comfortable in her care. She does her job with so much attention and compassion, and you can clearly see how much she loves what she does. She knows exactly how to approach patients and make them feel at ease. This is probably the worst GP practice in the UK, which absolutely doesn't care for their patients. We have been waiting for a hospital referral for 2 weeks, and Mr Ali didn't even bother to complete the form. We rang the GP many times and were told he would ring us back at certain times, but he never did. Each time we rang the GP, we were on hold for 40 minutes. So sad; he could see how unwell my family member was, and he didn't even care a bit. Very unethical. No compassion. Someone else finally rang us and apologised, but... read more
