Really disappointed with after sales care as they really don’t seem to. We spent a lot of money on our bedrooms furniture and after 2 years the laminate was coming away on all our draw fronts! Contacted company as apparently all come with 5 year guarantee. Was absolutely palmed off with excuse after excuse! Apparently it’s heat damage from the sun, it’s very clear to me this is a batch problem and laminate hasn’t been applied correctly. Fed up with emailing and just being ignored, not a happy customer.
Really good helpful customer service. A slight problem encountered with online ordering just before a bank holiday. A phone call to customer service departnent with Louis resloved things and the items ordered arrived much sooner than originally expected

We couldn't be happier with our experience with this company. The quality of the wardrobes is impressive. They were easy to put together (although a little DIY experience is needed for fitting and finishing) Lewis was very friendly and approachable throughout the ordering process and the after sales service is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
We wanted new fitted wardrobes to replace the old and dated ones in our house that we just bought. Checked with Sharps and got a quote for £5000+ and that was meant to be 50% off! Got a quote from another company for just a corner unit for £3000+. After a bit of searching we found Supply Only Bedrooms and I am so, so, glad I did.
